Flowers bloom and birds, they sing

Days pass in flash, dusk is here
Sit there gazing, setting with it in fear
Time passes on, sands slipping by
Is Love real, or just another lie..?
Ecstasy of waves hit the shores
Water excites all my pores
Long treaded paths by the beach
Will love ever be, within my reach…?
Leaving footprints on the sand
I walk every step with my empty hand
Yearning to have them held by another
Why does love seem to be a bother…?
Years of wait seems only longer
A hope somehow lingers stronger
No! This faith I shall not slay
Love will have to find its way…
A bit longer maybe a little delay
