Day 13 A-Z Challenge, M = Magnolia (Quatern)
~::~ Magnolia Dream ~::~
Magnolia! You make me yearn
You blossom wild, in grief I burn
Set ablaze for eternity
My immortal love, come to me
In every life, affection spurned
Magnolia! You make me yearn
He came, he left without a trace
Oh, how I crave to see his face!
Scorned love, in every existence
Passion decried of its essence
Magnolia! You make me yearn
Time after time in every turn
Waiting ‘neath the magnolia tree
For love to set my soul a’free
I burn with the orange Saturn
Magnolia! You make me yearn!
