~::~ 3 Magicians ~::~

Tom Thimble and Thory

Three Magicians gory

Years on end, they brew

Til Tom’s grey beard grew

Adding powders and mice

Smelling bad rarely nice

Scorpion legs they add

Draught turns frothy and bad

A few spiders too

Pot hissed and blew

Snake skins turn it pink

Drop of owl tears make it shrink

Thory says – Cat furs to make it right

Tom threw his shoe, added their plight

It only made it dark n murky

Bubbling and hissing yucky

These signs they see not

3 Magicians concocting broth

Potion starts to gurgle

Turn green and bubble

Pot melts and bursts apart

Shattering the shed to shards

Green and slimy Tom Thimble and Thory

3 so called magicians, this is their story

I soooooo loved it that poetry flowed automatically 🙂

so here’s my verse 😀

~::~ Two Little Girls ~::~

Lizzy and Missy two little girls

1blond 1 brunette, both with curls

Sisters them, playing in the slush

Muddy dresses, Mommy asked them to rush

“Look at yourselves, dresses dirty, unkempt hair”

Got them all cleaned, fresh clothes to wear

“Now you are grounded for days to come”

Hearing these words poor girl became numb

“You are ought not to go out and play

Inside the house I need you to stay”

“Help me around the house with chores”

Their puppy –eyed look, mommy ignores

“Here’s a pack of wool, you shall work on

Only when it’s done, shall your punishment be withdrawn”

Now little Lizzy and Missy sat on a stool

Busy sorting out red balls of wool

~::~ Hey Little Birdie ~::~

Hey little birdie

What do you do?

Sitting on the window sill

Talking to you

.

Hey little birdie

How did you come by?

Jus spread my wings

And up, I fly

.

Hey little birdie

Would you play with me?

Yes I would

If you feed me

.

Hey little birdie

Eat out of my hand

Only if you give me

Sweets all grand

~::~ Sorceress.. ~::~

yes yes yet another poem 😀

temme how it is 😀

~~~
~::~ Sorceress ~::~
Badabee bada boom
Cabaala vroom vroom
Up in the sky
I fly on my broom
Valleys and vales
Over dry hay bales
On wispy clouds
My twitchy broom sails
By the moonlight dim
Those sighting Grimm
I search far and wide
They’re my next victim
Dissecting their hearts
Burying other parts
Potions I make
For my dark arts
Green red golden & blue
Tonics in every hue
Sparks fly while I invent
Myriad concoctions anew
Turning mice to owl
& Hounds to fowl
Transformations galore
All of them in my bowl
Powders that enchant
Varied pills for penchant
Chinkaara hula hoo hoo
Incantations I chant
Yes I am a Sorceress
Conjuring spells and curses
Necromancy, black magic and voodoo
Excel in all, with me don’t mess
~~~~

Do lemme know your thoughts..!!!

Thats it from Megzone for now..

Keep Smiling..!! Keep Rocking..!!! Keep Blogging..!!

~::~ Colour ~ Colour ~::~

Ok now this was an idiosyncratic me trying to think how a kid who loves all colours would express to others who like/dislike some colours 😀

Please read on…

~~~
~::~Color ~ Color ~::~
Yellow is mellow
Orange is courage
If you don’t like them
You’re a stupid fellow
Purple color marble
Browns when you drown
If you try to steal it
Your speech be warbled
Blue is a clue
Cream makes you beam
If you don’t love them
Your lips would stick like glue
Green makes you preen
Mauve has others in awe
If you hate these two
You’ll get no jelly beans
Blacks in your racks
White is all right
If you don’t possess them
Color sense you lack
~~~~~

Peepls lemme know your thoughts…

That’s it from Megzone for now..!!

~::~ Polly And The Bird..!! ~::~

~~~~~
~::~ Polly & The Bird ~::~
Little Polly had a bird
One that never spoke a word
Try as she might
Beak shut tight
Not a twitter it murmured
.
Yellow and blue feathers
Lovely hued tethers
Golden brown beak
Not a chirpy squeak
Just mute in all weathers
.
Cried little Polly
Loved it more than her dolly
But wouldn’t listen to her
Never a small whisper
Silent as if it was folly
.
Crying her heart out
All Polly did was pout
One day came bird catcher
Who was a constant watcher
And was a bird lout
.
He approached noiselessly
The bird watched wordlessly
He picked up her cage
Bird shouted in rage
Called out to Polly helplessly
.
Polly saw the thug
She pulled out a mug
Threw at him, he fainted
The bird unhurt, untainted
Perched on Polly’s rug
.
At last Bird spoke amiably
&Polly became all bubbly
Such a divine tone
& spoke everything it had known
Chattering continuous affably
.
Never did it then stop
With every word a hop
Polly was most glad
Never ever was she sad
And they chitchatted non-stop
