never_seen_stars_by_destinyblue-d7w2dzi

She wished upon a star surreal

A wish she thought was unreal

Beautiful life, a fairy tale

Even happy endings prevail

And that someday they’d walk down the aisle, as couple

It happened on a starry night

She walked home in the pale moonlight

She almost tripped upon a stone

And he helped lest she broke a bone

That was the day they first met, pure love at first sight

They kept meeting ‘neath cherry trees

They met even when the lakes freeze

Their fates tied by heavens above

It was meant to be, timeless love

Until on a doomed night he was called to the seas

Every day she stood wistfully

Reminiscing their moments fondly

The cherry trees, the lakes & moor

And now the future seems unsure

Yet she wished upon every star passionately

~::~ Soppy Reveries ~::~

___the_waters_of_march_by_picolo_kun-d8mv4cg

I stood there waiting ‘neath the trees

My curls blown astray by the breeze

A cloud burst from murky sky’s seams

Sending down showers like jet streams

The wind bellowed with howling screams

While I stood, upholding my dreams

Of fairy tales and knightly themes

Mellow moors and dancing moonbeams

The sky lights up and showers ease

While I’m lost in my reveries

Tender stalks arranged in a line

Unfading multihued bulbs divine

Lovely colours, a beautiful palette

Incandescent romantic landscape

Perennially blooming this bulbous flower

Spreading cheer all around the year
